Marcus set up AFL in 2007 having worked in The Centre for Aviation, Transport and the Environment (CATE) at Manchester Metropolitan University between 2004 and 2007. His primary research interest at CATE was in airport carbon and ecological footprinting and he developed the Airport System method for airport carbon accounting, the first holistic method for measuring and reporting airport greenhouse gas emissions.
In his role at Manchester Metropolitan University Paul is Head of Enterprise Development in the School of Research, Enterprise and Innovation, in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. He is also NW Regional Director for the National HE STEM Programme and Faculty Enterprise Champion. Paul is Head of Business Development at AFL.
Roger is responsible for collaboration with our partners in the aviation industry, in government, in NGOs and in leading aviation research centres.
